"High Season and Holidays " Memorial Day Week-end to Oct. 3rd Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays $119 per night / 2 night minimum Monday - Thursday Rate $109 per night	"Low Season" Sorry, but we are closed for the off season

Rates are all inclusive. No additional state or local are assessed. Deposit Because we are a small business, we accept checks or cash only. We are sorry we do not accept credit cards at this time. Prepayment in full is required for 1 or 2 night stay. A stay of 3 or more nights requires a 50% deposit at time of booking, with balance due upon arrival. Prepayment or deposit may be made by check or money order. Cancellation Policy Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded, less a $25.00 room handling fee.
